How To Cook

Thaw in the refrigerator first. Pan-fry skin-side down until the skin turns crisp and golden brown, then flip and cook until the flesh is fully opaque. Season lightly with lemon, herbs and salt and grill until nicely charred, or marinate and bake. Always cook through before serving.

Storage
